Kofta wrap Tortila

Buat yang tinggal di daerah timur tengah tentunya ga asing lagi sama kofta ato kofte ini,daging cincang yang diberi campuran herbs yang dicincang halus..
dibentuknya bisa bulat2 kaya baso/meatballs,bisa juga panjang dililitkan ke tusukan sate,dibikin curry ato dibikin buat isi tortila wrap ...
Biasanya di tukang daging kita bisa beli  daging yang udah dicampur,tapi bikin sendiri juga ga susah ko..
Kofta wrap Tortilla

Kofta
Ingredients:
500 gr beef/lamb mince
1 onion,finely diced
1/2 cup firmly packed fresh continental parsley leaves

3 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbs tomato paste
35g (1/2 cup) fresh breadcrumbs (made from day-old bread)
1 egg, lightly whisked
Salt & freshly ground black pepper
75g (1/2 cup) plain flour
2 tbs olive oil


Method
 Combine the lamb, onion, parsley, garlic, cumin, coriander, cinnamon and tomato paste in a large glass bowl. Add the breadcrumbs and egg, and stir until well combined. Season with salt and pepper. You can mixed all the ingredients in the food processor.
Take some meat,shaped them into 2 cm ball.
Heat 1 tablespoon of  oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add  kofta and cook, turning occasionally,
Arrange on a platter to serve

To Make Tortilla wrap:
1 tortila  bread
lettuce
1/2 avocado,sliced
3 cherrie tomatos
1/2 cucumber,thinly sliced
1 sdm moyonaise
1 sdm chilly sauce*optional*
Arrange all vegetable and Kofta balls in the midle of tortilla bread,drizzle with mayo and chilly,roll the wrap tightly,ready to serve
