Lasagna ayam/chicken Lasagna

Lasagna,makanan dari itali yang penggemarnya sampe ke se antero dunia kayanya.
Kemaren anakku bilang pengen lasagna,jadi hari ini aku bikinin lasagna ayam campur kacang polong.
Rasanya gurih dan masaknya lebih cepet dari lasagna biasa...
Dulu dapet resep ini dr mbah google,sayang aku lupa tepatnya dr mana dapet resep ini..
tapi biasanya aku modif dikit,ga 100% ngikutin resep ini

Chicken lasagna


Ingredients

• 1 tblsp olive oil

• 1 onion, finely chopped

• 1 clove garlic, crushed

• 1 bay leaf (aku ga pake)

• 750g minced chicken

• 2 tsps plain flour

• 300ml carton cream

• 1 tblsp chopped fresh thyme

• 1 tblsp chopped fresh parsley

• 1 tblsp chopped fresh oregano

• 2 x 250g packets frozen spinach (aku ganti pake peas)

• 1/2 cup grated tasty cheese

• 1/2 cup grated mozzarella

• 2 1/2 cups tomato pasta sauce (alu pake saos tomat botolan biasa)

• Salt and pepper, to taste

• 2 x 200g boxes instant lasagne sheets

• 300g carton sour cream

• Extra 1 cup grated tasty cheese

• Basil leaves, to garnish

• Green salad, to serve



Method

1 Heat oil in a large pan. Add onion, garlic and bay leaf. Cook, stirring, until onion is soft. Add mince and stir until browned all over. Add flour. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Stir in cream and herbs. Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes.

2 Squeeze excess moisture from thawed, chopped spinach. Place in a medium bowl. Add cheeses and 2 cups of pasta sauce. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.(i add the frozen peas to chicken and cream mixture, and didn't add any cheese)

3 Dip lasagne sheets in boiling water. Drain well. Spoon remaining pasta sauce over base of a large ovenproof dish (8-cup capacity). Arrange a quarter of the lasagne sheets in a single layer over sauce. Top with half the spinach mixture. Repeat with another quarter of lasagne sheets, then half the chicken mixture. Repeat layering with remaining lasagne sheets, spinach mixture and chicken mixture, finishing with lasagne sheets. Spread sour cream over lasagne sheets and sprinkle with extra cheese. Cover with foil.

4 Cook lasagne in a moderate oven (180C) for 40 minutes. Remove foil and cook for a further 20 minutes, or until lightly browned.

5 Cut lasagne into squares and garnish with basil leaves. Serve with a salad.
